KeralaDesk is a community platform for following, discussing, and engaging with the Kerala Legislative Assembly Election 2026. It provides election data, constituency information, news, and prediction contests.

5. Prediction Contests
- Prediction contests are for entertainment and engagement purposes.
- Predictions are personal opinions and do not constitute polling, surveys, or election forecasting.
- KeralaDesk may offer prizes for official contests at its discretion. Prize details will be communicated separately.
- Predictions lock at the specified time and cannot be changed after locking.
- Scores are computed automatically based on official election results.
- KeralaDesk reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms.
6. Content & Moderation
- Discussion posts and comments are user-generated and do not represent KeralaDesk's views.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is reported by users.
- Flagged content may be reviewed and removed by moderators.
7. Election Data
Election data on KeralaDesk (candidates, historical results, constituency information) is sourced from public records including the Election Commission of India, Wikipedia, and news sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of this data. Official information should be verified with the Election Commission of India.
8. Intellectual Property
The KeralaDesk platform, design, and original content are the property of KeralaDesk. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users, but by posting, you grant KeralaDesk a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

KeralaDesk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with the Election Commission of India, any political party, or any candidate. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on information on this platform.
